牙尖形态重塑法矫治颌间矢状关系1例及机制探讨

摘要: 安氏Ⅱ类是常见的错牙合畸形,上下牙齿的锁结关系常干扰矢状向调整。临床上通过局部牙尖形态的重塑,对咬合力进行重新分配,来达到牙齿的定向移动,可有效矫治矢状关系。本文报告1例牙尖形态重塑法矫治颌间矢状向病例,并结合文献进行机制探讨,为临床提供有益的治疗参考。

Abstract: Class II malocclusion is one of the most prevalent malocclusions. The locked teeth between upper and lower arch often discount its sagittal correction. Clinically, it is a valid method by reshaping the cusp of the teeth, followed by redistributing the occlusal force, and finally achieving directional movement. This paper reported a case successfully corrected by the method of cusp reshaping. Besides, relevant literature was reviewed to discuss the biomechanics, so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
