国内牙外伤研究成果的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Dental Trauma in China

摘要： 目的:以文献计量学的方法分析国内牙外伤的研究现状,总结其研究的趋势和特点,以期为后续研究提供可靠依据。方法:在中国知网数据库中以"牙外伤""dental trauma"为主题进行中英文扩展检索。检索时间范围:2000年1月1日~2014年12月31日。检索杂志范围:2014版中国科技核心期刊(中国科技论文统计源期刊)中收录的19种口腔医学类中文核心杂志。结果:共294篇文献符合纳入标准,平均发表19.6篇/年;临床研究类文献占241篇,其中94.6%的关注点为恒牙外伤;所有文献中的基金资助率仅为9.18%。结论:国内牙外伤临床研究具有明显的潜力,是提高口腔医学研究国际化水平的良好契机。但是存在地域差异、对乳牙外伤关注度不足、基金支持率较低等问题。

Abstract: Objective: To review and analyze the literature on dental trauma in China. Methods: We searched in CNKI database using "dental trauma" as keywords in both Chinese and English from 2000-01-01 to 2014-12-31. Journals included in this study were 19 CSTPCD journals in CNKI 2014. Results: There were 294 articles in total, 19.6 per year, which were included and analyzed in the present study. Two hundred and forty-one articles were clinical research and 94.6% of them were focused on permanent tooth trauma. Only 9.18% of the clinical articles were supported by funds. Conclusion: Clinical research in China on dental trauma had obvious potentialities. However, problems such as regional disparity, inadequate attention to primary tooth trauma and insufficient funding support also existed.
