4种暂封材料冠方微渗漏的对比研究

Comparative Study of Four Kinds of Temporary Restorative Materials on Coronal Microleakage

摘要: 目的:体式显微镜下观察4种暂封材料冠方微渗漏的情况。方法:收集80颗新鲜拔除的人离体牙,常规根管治疗后,随机均分为4组,分别用Cavition、玻璃离子水门汀(glass ionomer cement ,GIC)、HY-BOND(HB)暂时用水门汀及Clip F暂时封闭窝洞。将离体牙放在37 ℃恒温水浴箱24 h后,室温下浸泡于1%的印度墨汁中7 d,然后用金刚砂片将牙齿颊舌向切开为两半,在体式显微镜下观察染料渗入的程度。结果:4种暂封材料冠方微渗漏的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其冠方微渗漏的排序由高到低依次为:HY-BOND暂时用水门汀>Cavition> GIC>Clip-F,组间两两比较时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次离体实验发现,Clip-F的冠方暂封封闭比较好。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the coronal microleakage of four kinds of temporary restorative materials after endodontic treatment under the stereomicroscope. Methods: Eighty freshly extracted teeth were collected and divided into four experimental groups. Four kinds of temporary restorative materials were used after endodontic treatment, which were glass ionomer cement (GIC), HY-BOND (HB) temporary cement, Cavition, and Clip F. After restored in water bath of 37℃ for 24 hours, the specimens were soaked in 1% Carbon ink for 7 days under room temperature. Then the specimens were cut buccolingually into two pieces with carborundum disc. The degree of microleakage was observed with stereomicroscope. Results: There were significant differences among four temporary materials (P<0.05). The degree of the coronal microleakage was: HY-BOND temporary cement>Cavition>GIC>Clip-F (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clip-F is an effective temporary restorative material.
