纳米无机载银磷酸锆对树脂基托理化性能的影响

Effect of Nano-silver Inorganic Zirconium Phosphate on Physical and Chemical Properties of Denture Base Resin.

摘要: 目的: 探讨纳米无机载银磷酸锆对可摘局部义齿(Removable Partial Dentures,RPDs)树脂基托理化性能的影响。方法: 采用树脂基托注塑的方法,将纳米无机载银磷酸锆按1%、3%、5%、7%浓度添加到树脂基托中,未添加做对照组(0%)。按照相应的国家标准分别对其表面硬度、弯曲强度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、吸水值及溶解值、红外线光谱进行检测。结果: 添加浓度7%时,表面硬度最大为(164.60±6.83) MPa,与对照组比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与1%浓度组相比,3%浓度组弯曲强度增加为(97.53±10.00) MPa,压缩强度为(316.00±9.89) MPa拉伸强度达到(64.86±5.02) MPa,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组之间吸水值及溶解值无显著变化(P>0.05)。红外线光谱分析显示各添加剂组红外谱图上550 cm-1波长左右多了一个峰,为磷酸根基团。结论: 纳米载银磷酸锆的添加浓度为3%时树脂基托的综合理化能最好;且采用红外谱图分析发现树脂基托里面成功添加了纳米载银磷酸锆。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of nano-silver inorganic zirconium phosphate on physical and chemical properties of denture base resin.Methods: Nano-inorganic silver zirconium phosphate was added into the resin base at concentrations of 1%, 3%, 5% and 7%, and without additive as a control group (0%).The surface hardness, flexural strength, compressive strength, tensile strength, water absorption value, dissolved value, and infrared spectrum were measured according to the national standards.Results: The maximum hardness was (164.60±6.83) MPa in 7% group.Compared with control group, each adding group showed significantly differences (P<0.05).Compared with 1% group, the flexural strength of 3% group reached (97.53±10.00) MPa, the compression strength reached (316.00±9.89) MPa, and the tensile strength reached (64.86±5.02) MPa (P<0.05).There was no significant change in water absorption and dissolution between the groups (P>0.05).In addition, there was a peak at about 550 cm-1,wavelength on the infrared spectrum of each addition group, which was assigned to phosphate group.Conclusion: The resin base got the best physical and chemical properties at 3% nano-silver inorganic zirconium phosphate.Infrared spectrum analysis showed that nano-supported silver zirconium phosphate was successfully added to PMMA.
