SDR直接充填与Ceramage嵌体修复非龋性颈部缺损的疗效观察

Clinical Evaluation of Restorations for Non-carious Cervical Lesion with SDR and Ceramage

摘要: 目的: 比较Smart Dentin Replacement(SDR)树脂直接充填与Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体间接修复非龋性颈部缺损的临床疗效。方法: 选取我院口腔科2018年9月~2019年8月就诊的患有下颌第一前磨牙磨损指数Ⅲ度的双侧对称性非龋性颈部缺损患牙的患者52例,随机分成2组,患者一侧使用SDR树脂直接充填(A组),另一侧使用Ceramage嵌体修复(B组)。于1、3、12个月后复查,检查充填体的缺损情况、边缘着色程度、边缘密合程度、充填后患牙敏感程度等,对比两种方法的临床疗效。结果: (1)两组修复体在充填后12个月均无脱落及缺损;(2)2组修复体在充填12个月后的边缘密合情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)2组修复体在充填12个月后的边缘着色程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组材料的边缘着色程度轻于A组;(4)2组患牙充填1个月后的敏感程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组患牙1个月后的敏感率低于A组。结论: Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体和SDR树脂均是修复非龋性颈部缺损较理想的材料,Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体修复非龋性颈部缺损的术后边缘着色程及术后敏感发生率低于SDR树脂直接充填。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the clinical effects of direct filling with SDR resin and indirect repair of non-carious cervical lesion with Ceramage polymer ceramic inlays. Methods: 52 patients with bilateral symmetric non-carious cervical lesion in mandibular first premolar with wear index Ⅲ in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected from September 2018 to August 2019. Each pair of the defects was randomly divided into group A and group B. The two groups were respectively filled with SDR resin and repaired with Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay. After 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months, the clinical effects of these two methods were evaluated by checking the defects of the filling body, the degree of edge coloration, the degree of edge tightness, and the tooth sensitivity after operation. Results: 12 months after filling, there was no loss or defect in the two restorations. The difference of marginal tightness between two restorations after 12 months of filling was not statistically significant (P>0.05), however, the difference of edge staining degree was statistically significant (P<0.05). The edge coloring degree of group B was lighter than group A. The sensitivity of two groups of teeth after 1 month of filling was statistically significant (P<0.05), in which the sensitivity of group B was lower than that of group A. Conclusion: Both Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay and SDR resin are ideal materials for repairing non-carious cervical lesion. The postoperative edge coloring process and postoperative sensitivity rate of Ceramage polymer ceramic inlays were better than those of SDR resin direct filling.
