口腔颌面部侵袭性真菌病导致上颌骨骨坏死1例

摘要： 口腔颌面部真菌性骨髓炎在临床工作中极为少见,诊断非常困难,因其缺乏特征性临床表现及检验结果常会造成误诊,耽误治疗,甚至危及生命。本文报道了1例由真菌感染引起的上颌骨骨髓炎的联合诊疗经过。对其病因、临床表现、诊断、治疗方案进行了讨论。

Abstract: Fungal osteomyelitis in the oral and maxillofacial region is extremely rare in clinical, whose diagnosis is very difficult. Due to the lack of characteristic clinical manifestations and test results, it often leads to misdiagnosis, delays treatment, and even endangers life. This paper reports the combined diagnosis and treatment of a case of maxillary osteomyelitis caused by fungal infection. The etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment plan were discussed.
