摘要/Abstract

摘要： 转移性多形性腺瘤(metastasizing pleomorphic adenoma,MPA)是恶性多形性腺瘤中最罕见的亚型,其原发灶与转移灶组织学均呈良性表现,临床易漏诊。既往中文文献仅报道10例MPA,且无淋巴结转移病例。本文报道1例腮腺MPA伴颈部淋巴结转移,并探讨诊疗要点。

Abstract: Metastasizing pleomorphic adenoma (MPA), the rarest malignant subtype of pleomorphic adenoma, exhibits benign histology in both primary and metastatic lesions yet displays aggressive clinical behavior. Only 10 MPA cases have been reported in Chinese literature, none with lymph node metastasis. We present a case of parotid MPA with cervical lymph node metastasis and discuss its diagnostic and therapeutic implications.
