侧向转位瓣结合上皮下结缔组织移植治疗重度Miller Ⅲ°牙龈退缩1例

摘要： 牙龈退缩是影响口腔功能和美观的重要因素之一。对于同时伴有角化龈不足、前庭沟过浅的重度牙龈退缩,常规牙周手术往往难以获得较好的根面覆盖。本文采用侧向转位瓣结合上皮下结缔组织移植治疗1例此类型患者,获得了较好的根面覆盖(77.8%),并且角化龈增加至2 mm。

Abstract: Gingival recession is one of the most important defects that affect oral function and aesthetics. For severe recession with inadequate keratinized gingiva and shallow vestibule, it is difficult to achieve satisfied root coverage with conventional periodontal surgery. In this case report, we utilized laterally positioned flap combined with sub-epithelial connective tissue for this type of recession and got 77.8% root coverage. The width of keratinized gingiva increased to 2 mm after surgery.
