𬌗平面偏斜测量方式及矫治方法的研究进展

摘要: 在临床治疗中,𬌗平面的控制非常重要,𬌗平面的角度影响患者的美观、咬合功能等。𬌗平面偏斜是临床上常见的面部不对称现象之一,主要表现为冠状面上左右两侧𬌗平面不在同一水平位置。其原因错综复杂,与两侧颞下颌关节位置、颌骨发育,甚至牙齿矢状位置有关。通过正面照片、临床观察及锥形束计算机断层扫描(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)可以评估𬌗平面偏斜程度。临床中𬌗平面偏斜也是正畸医生临床中检查、诊断及矫治的难点,现本文对𬌗平面偏斜测量方式及矫治方法作一综述。

Abstract: The control of the occlusal plane is extremely important, as the angle of the occlusal plane affects the patient's aesthetics and masticatory function. Occlusal plane cant is one of the common facial asymmetry phenomena in clinical practice, mainly characterized by the buccal plane on both sides of the coronal plane not being on the same horizontal level. The causes are complex and related to the position of the temporomandibular joints, jaw development, and even the sagittal position of the teeth. The degree of occlusal plane cant can be assessed through frontal photographs, clinical observation, and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Occlusal plane cant is a challenging issue for orthodontists in terms of examination, diagnosis, and treatment. This article provides a comprehensive review of the measurement methods and correction techniques for occlusal plane cant.
