骨性Ⅲ类下颌偏斜畸形的研究进展

Research Advances in Skeletal Class Ⅲ Mandibular Deviation Deformity

摘要: 随着人们对颜面美观需求的不断提升,因面部不对称就诊的患者数量逐渐增加。骨性Ⅲ类下颌偏斜畸形作为一种常见的复杂牙颌面畸形,不仅影响面部外观,还损害口腔功能,并可能进一步引发患者的心理健康问题。该畸形病因复杂,临床表现多样,主要包括面部中线偏移、软组织不对称、骨性标志异常以及牙列代偿性变化等。建立基于患者综合颌面特征的分类体系,对其诊断、治疗设计及手术规划具有重要意义。本文系统综述骨性Ⅲ类偏颌畸形的病因机制、分类方法及临床影像学特征的研究进展,以期为临床诊疗实践提供参考。

Abstract: With the growing societal emphasis on facial aesthetics, there has a significant increase of patients seeking treatment for facial asymmetry. Skeletal class Ⅲ mandibular deviation, a common yet complex dentofacial deformity, not only compromises facial appearance but also impairs oral function and may contribute to psychological health issues. This condition is characterized by multifactorial etiology and diverse clinical manifestations, primarily including facial midline deviation, soft tissue asymmetry, abnormal bony landmarks, and compensatory dental changes. The establishment of a classification system based on comprehensive craniofacial characteristics is essential for accurate diagnosis, personalized treatment planning, and effective surgical intervention. This article systematically reviews recent advances in the etiology, classification methods, and clinical and imaging features for skeletal class Ⅲ mandibular deviation, aiming to provide a comprehensive reference for clinical diagnosis and management.
