摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:观察葛根素、柚皮苷对体外培养小鼠成骨细胞增值、分化的影响。方法:应用CCK-8法观察葛根素和柚皮苷对体外培养小鼠成骨细胞增值的影响,应用ALP法观察葛根素和柚皮苷对体外培养小鼠成骨细胞分化能力的影响。结果:在成骨细胞增值方面,葛根素和柚皮苷对成骨细胞增值均有明显促进作用,但柚皮苷对成骨细胞增值能力的影响要优于葛根素对其能力的影响;在成骨细胞分化方面,葛根素和柚皮苷均能提高成骨细胞的ALP活性,但柚皮苷对其的影响要优于葛根素对其的影响。结论:葛根素与柚皮苷对成骨细胞增值和分化均有促进作用,但柚皮苷对成骨细胞的增值分化的影响要优于葛根素。

Abstract: Objective: To observe puerarin and naringin in the osteoblast of rats cultured in vitro. Methods: We used CCK-8 method to observe the effect of puerarin and naringin on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast of rats cultured in vitro and used ALP method to observe the effect of puerarin and naringin on the differentiated function of the osteblast of rats cultured in vitro. Results: The puerarin and naringin have obvious promptive effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast,but the effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast naringin value-added ability than puerarin.In terms of osteoblast differentiation,puerarin and naringin can improve the ALP activity of osteoblasts.But naringin is superior to the effects of puerarin on the influence on it. Conclusion: Puerarin and naringin have promoting effect on osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, but the effect of naringin on osteobast proliferation and differentiation is superior to the effect of puerarin.
