添加载银纳米TiO2抗菌剂对两种软衬材料抗菌性能的影响

Effect of addition of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 Antibacterial Agents on the Antibacterial Activity of Soft Denture Liners

摘要: 目的:研究载银纳米二氧化钛(Ag-TiO2)抗菌剂对2种义齿软衬材料抗菌性能的影响,为临床应用提供理论基础。方法:常温下将载银纳米TiO2粉末按不同质量分数0~4%分别加入SOFRELINER MEDIUM软衬材料和自凝软衬垫中,采用薄膜覆盖法检测软衬材料的抗菌性及抗菌长效性。结果:分析实验数据可知实验组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随Ag-TiO2抗菌剂添加质量比增高,抗菌率明显增高 。经过老化处理后的软衬材料,和处理前相比抗菌率变化很小,不具有显著差异。结论:添加Ag-TiO2抗菌剂的2种软衬材料均具有抗菌性,且抗菌率随着抗菌剂百分比的上升而显著提高;同时Ag-TiO2抗菌剂具有抗菌长效性。

Abstract: Objective: To research Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 (Ag-TiO2) antibacterial agent on the properties of two kinds of soft denture liner materials antibacterial effect, to provide a theoretical basis for future application in the clinical. Methods: Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 was added to sofreliner medium soft lining materials and self-curing soft liner ranging from 0 to 4%. In vitro bacterial culture,the antibacterial effect of samples and antibacterial longer were tested. Results: Analysis of experimental data shows the experimental group compared with control group differences were statistically significant and with Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent added mass ratio increased,the antibacterial rate significantly increased. After dealing with the aging of soft lining materials,antibacterial rate changed little compared with before treatment,no significant differences as. Conclusion: Add Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent of 2 kinds of soft liner materials has antimicrobial properties,and the antibacterial rate as antibacterial percentage rise significantly increased; At the same time Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent has antibacterial effect longer.
