青年人上颌中切牙临床牙冠分类研究

Study on the Classification of Clinical Crown of Youth Maxillary Central Incisors.

摘要： 目的:验证美国塔夫斯大学牙学院分类指标是否适用于南京大学青年人的上颌中切牙的临床牙冠分类,并研究各分类牙冠近中邻接区位置。方法:采用数码照相技术获得114个上颌中切牙临床牙冠样本,根据分类指标分为尖圆形、卵圆形、方圆形,使用Digimizer测量样本的邻接区高度CS,牙冠长度CL,牙冠宽度CW,龈缘角度GA。结果:3组样本的CS/CL值,CW/CL值,GA值有统计学差异。结论:该指标适用于本实验样本分类;尖圆形中切牙近中邻接区位置较低,卵圆形和方圆形的较高。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the applicability of the Tufts University Clinical Crown Classification Index to the youth maxillary central incisors in Nanjing, China, and compare the contact area positions of each classification. Methods: Digital photography was used to get 114 maxillary central incisor samples. According to the Index, all samples were divided into 3 groups: triangle, round and square types. Then the crown length (CL), width (CW), contact surface (CS), gingival angle (GA) were tested by Digimizer. Results: There was significant difference among 3 groups with respect to CS/CL ratios, CW/CL ratios and GA values. Conclusion: The Tufts University Clinical Crown Classification Index is applicable to the youth maxillary central incisors in Nanjing, China. The contact area of triangle group is lower than the other two groups.
