去氟剂对提高Beyond冷光美白凝胶漂白氟牙症疗效的作用

摘要： 目的: 评价去氟剂在Beyond冷光美白凝胶漂白氟斑牙治疗过程中的作用。方法: 用Beyond冷光美白凝胶结合去氟剂治疗40例氟牙症,美白效果用Vita比色板和美白前后照相比较。结果: 40例患者使用该美白技术后提高6个色阶以上。结论: 去氟剂对Beyond冷光美白凝胶治疗氟牙症的疗效及长期保持效果有显著作用。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Beyond cold-light tooth bleaching combined with de-fluoride on dental fluorosis. Methods: Forty patients with dental fluorosis were treated with Beyond cold-light tooth bleaching combined with de-fluoride. Before and after bleaching, the whitening effects were evaluated by Vita shade guide and white photographic. Results: Cold light bleaching combined with de-fluoride successfully improved tooth color more than six levels. Conclusion: Beyond bleaching technique combined with de-fluoride is a simple and effective treatment on dental fluorosis.
