机用镍钛通畅锉在模拟根管中成形能力的对比研究

Glide Path Management of Rotary Nickel-titanium Instruments in Simulated Root Canals

摘要: 目的:比较Scout RaCe、Hyflex GPF、S3 Superpass、PathFile和手动不锈钢K锉在树脂模拟根管制备通畅通道的成形能力。方法:40个模拟根管,随机分为5组(n=8),分别制备通畅通道,记录制备时间;使用 Photoshop和 ImageJ测量制备前后根管的重叠图像,从根尖止点开始,每隔1 mm测量内外侧壁树脂去除量,计算中心定位能力。结果:Scout RaCe和S3 Superpass制备时间最短。内侧壁弯曲段和外侧壁根尖段,均为Scout RaCe切削量最小,Hyflex GPF稍多,S3 Superpass显著大于前两者。中心定位能力,Scout RaCe和Hyflex GPF最小,S3 Superpass稍大。结论:Scout RaCe和Hyflex GPF在弯曲根管中的切削量最少,中心定位能力最优。S3 Superpass切削量稍大,中心定位能力与PathFile相当。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the shaping ability of Scout RaCe, Hyflex GPF,S3 Superpass,PathFile and stainless steel K-file in simulated root canals. Methods: A total of 40 resin blocks were divided randomly into five groups (n=8), each of which was prepared with the corresponding instrument. Preparation time was recorded. Pre- and postoperative images were superimposed. And the material removal from the inner and outer canal walls was measured from the apexusing ImageJ to determine the centering ability. The data were analyzed using the One-way ANOVA at a significance level of P<0.05. Results: Preparation time for Scout RaCe and S3 Superpass was the shortest. For resin removal from the inner wall at the curvature portion and from the outer wall at the apical portion, Scout RaCeand Hyflex GPF exhibited much less cutting quantity than S3 Superpassdid.Moreover, Scout RaCe and Hyflex GPF demonstrated superior centering ability than S3 Superpasss. Conclusion: Scout RaCe and Hyflex GPF showed the least root canal removal and the best centering ability. S3 Superpass created more removal and its centering ability was comparable to PathFile.
