摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:评价硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植在上颌前牙区单牙无法保留行即刻种植的临床效果。方法:2014年6月～2016年5月,对15名上颌前牙区单牙无法保留牙龈生物型为薄龈型的患者,行不翻瓣即刻种植,在硬腭部制备带蒂结缔组织行种植体周围软组织增量,术后观察结缔组织移植的成活情况及术后种植体周围软组织重建情况。结果:硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植愈合良好,临床成活率100%,修复完成后当天﹑术后6个月及术后12个月红色美学评分(pink esthetic score,PES)分别为(11.69±0.84) ﹑(11.94±0.70)和(11.97±0.68)分,软组织重建达到了美学效果。结论:对于上颌前牙区单牙无法保留牙龈生物型为薄龈型的患者,采用不翻瓣即刻种植同期行硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植,可以获得较好的美学效果。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of single-tooth immediate implantation by pedicle palate connective tissue grafts in the maxillary anterior region. Methods: From June 2014 to May 2016,15 patients with thin gingival type in the maxillary anterior region were treated by single-tooth immediate implantation without flap. Pedicle palate connective tissue grafts were applied for soft tissue augmentation around implant. The survival of connective tissue grafts and the prospect of reconstruction of soft tissue around implants after operation were observed. Results: Pedicle palate connective tissue grafts healed very well and the clinical survival rates were100%. After the completion of repair on the very day,6 months, and 12 months,pink esthetic score (PES) in each period was (11.69±0.84),(11.94±0.70),and (11.97±0.68), respectively. The reconstruction of soft tissue around implants attained the aesthetic effect. Conclusion: For the patients with thin gingival type,single-tooth immediate implantation without flap by pedicle palate connective tissue grafts in the maxillary anterior region can achieve better aesthetic effects.
