累及前牙的原发性萌出不足1例

摘要： 本文报告1例原发性萌出不足。患者女,14岁,因左侧牙齿咀嚼困难就诊,诉有家族史。临床检查发现左侧上颌牙列存萌出不足,与对颌牙开牙合;曲面断层片示左上侧切牙、尖牙、双尖牙和磨牙均有累及,未见机械性阻碍。诊断为原发性萌出不足。

Abstract: This paper reports a case of primary failure of eruption with anterior teeth affected. A 15-year-old girl presented with difficulty chewing with a family history. Clinical examination revealed a left open bite with submerged upper left teeth. Panoramic radiograph revealed the upper left lateral incisor, canine, premolars, and molars were affected in the absence of mechanical obstruction. The diagnosis was primary failure of eruption (PFE).
