摘要: ProTaper是目前使用较为广泛的镍钛器械之一,但由于质硬及高折断率,限制了其在弯曲根管内的应用。为了改善器械分离,登士柏公司推出了新一代的镍钛系统WaveOne与ProTaperNext。本文从设计特点、机械性能和预备弯曲根管成形能力对ProTaper、WaveOne与ProTaperNext作一综述。

Abstract: ProTaper is one of the widest used nickel-titanium instruments. However, because of stiffness and high broken rate, its application in clinical has been limited. Recently, Dentsply has pushed out two different NITIs, i.e. WaveOne and ProTaperNext, which aims to reduce the high broken rate. This review summarizes the design features, mechanical properties, and shaping ability of curved canals.
