摘要/Abstract

摘要： 腮腺术后面部畸形与味觉出汗综合征(Frey综合征)是腮腺肿瘤术后较常见的并发症。以往研究较多的是腮腺术后较小缺损(直径<3 cm)^[1]的修复及Frey综合征的预防,而且较少兼顾两者的综合防治。近几年国内外学者对两者的综合防治特别是在较大腮腺肿瘤术后缺损(直径3~5 cm)畸形的综合防治方面进行了一系列研究,以期既能恢复面部畸形又能预防Frey综合征,本文就此做一综述。

Abstract: The facial deformity and the gustatory sweating syndrome (Frey syndrome) are common complications following parotidectomy. The previous studies mostly emphasize on the repair of smaller defects (tumors less than 3 cm) and the prevention of Frey syndrome after parotidectomy, but do not consider the comprehensive prevention. Recently, many scholars conducted a series of studies on the comprehensive prevention and treatment, especially in the large defect (tumors 3-5 cm) after parotidectomy. In order to restore the facial deformity and prevent Frey syndrome, this article makes a summary on this.
