摘要： 阻生齿拔除术后颌面颈部广泛性皮下气肿是临床上较为罕见的并发症,若处理不当可能会出现严重的并发症,甚至可危及生命。通过本病例分析及探讨阻生齿拔除术后并发颌面颈部弥漫性皮下气肿的病因、诊断及治疗,以供临床工作者参考。

Abstract: Extensive subcutaneous emphysema in the face and neck after impacted tooth extraction is a relatively rare complication. If it is not handled properly, serious complications may occur. A case of diffuse subcutaneous emphysema of maxillofacial neck and chest after wisdom tooth extraction is reported.
