核转录因子I-C在牙根发育中的作用

Role of Nuclear Factor I-C in Tooth Root Development

摘要: 牙根发育是一个复杂的过程,由上皮和间充质共同调控完成,并涉及多种分子的相互作用。研究发现,核转录因子I-C(nuclear factor I-C,NFIC)是调控牙根发育的主要分子之一,NFIC参与根部牙本质的形成。牙根的生长是通过与多种分子相互作用实现的,这些分子包括转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor β,TGF-β)、KrÜppel样转录因子4(KrÜppel-like factor 4,KLF4)、Osterix(OSX)、Hedgehog(HH)、AFF4和微量元素锌等。本文将对NFIC在牙根形成过程中的作用和与NFIC相关的分子作一综述。

Abstract: Tooth root development is a complex process, which is jointly controlled by epithelium and mesenchyme and involves the interaction of multiple molecules. The study found that nuclear transcription factor I-C (NFIC) is one of the main molecules that regulate tooth root development. NFIC is involved in the formation of root dentin and root growth through interaction with various molecules including transforming growth factor β (TGF β), KrÜppel-like factor 4 (KLF4), osterix (OSX), hedgehog (HH), AFF4, and trace element zinc. This article will review the role of NFIC in tooth root formation and the molecules related to NFIC.
