Relationship between Airborne Endotoxin and Microbial Aerosol with Patient Mobility in Dental Clinic Environment

摘要: 目的: 验证口腔诊室环境中气载内毒素和微生物气溶胶与病人流动性是否存在相关性。方法: 使用AGI-30空气微生物采样器对气载内毒素进行采样;使用Andersen-6级撞击式空气微生物采样器对微生物气溶胶进行采样;使用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行气载内毒素与微生物气溶胶和病人流动性的相关性分析。结果: 研究结果显示气载内毒素与革兰氏阴性菌和病人流动性存在极为显著的直线关系。结论: 为了预防口腔诊室环境中气载内毒素和微生物气溶胶的风险,需要加强口腔诊室患者人流量的管理。

Abstract: Objective: To verify the correlation between airborne endotoxin and microbial aerosol and patient mobility in the dental clinic environment. Methods: AGI-30 air microorganism sampler was used to sample airborne endotoxin. Andersen-6 impingement air microorganism sampler was used to sample microbial aerosol. The SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlation of airborne endotoxin and microbial aerosol and patient mobility. Results: The results showed that airborne endotoxin and gram-negative bacteria and patient mobility were extremely significant linear relationship. Conclusion: In order to prevent the risk of airborne endotoxin and microbial aerosol in the dental clinic setting, the management of patient flow needs to be strengthened.
