手术完整摘除口外型舌下腺囊肿1例

摘要： 口外型舌下腺囊肿为外渗性囊肿,在临床上虽较为常见,但因其囊壁无上皮衬里,手术仅能部分摘除囊壁。本文就1例罕见的潴留性舌下腺囊肿口外型,通过手术完整摘除腺体及囊肿的病例进行报道。

Abstract: Plunge ranula, an extravasation cyst, is commonly seen in clinical practice. However, due to its lack of epithelial lining, surgery can only partially remove the cyst wall. This article reports a rare case of retention type of plunge ranula, where the gland and cyst were completely removed through surgery.
