摘要: 干细胞能够自我更新并分化成各类组织细胞,在再生医学中具有很大的应用潜力。随着组织工程的快速发展,以胚胎干细胞和组织干细胞为基础的牙再生技术有待成为替代缺失牙的一种重要方法,然而免疫排斥和伦理的争议等问题为干细胞的临床应用带来很大的困难。由自体细胞产生的诱导性多能干细胞的发现将为牙齿再生带来革命性变化。本文就诱导性多能干细胞的研究背景及其在再生医学和牙再生领域的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract: Stem cells can renew themselves by dividing themselves and differentiate into a variety types of cells, so they have important potential applications in regenerative medicine. With the rapid development of tissue engineering, the stem cell-based tooth regenerative will be an important means for replacing the missing and damaged teeth. However, immune rejection and ethical tissues impede the clinical application of these cells. The realization that adult somatic cells can be reprogrammed into pluripotent cells has brought the revolutionary change in dental regeneration. In this review, we will provide a brief introduction to the development of induced pluripotent stem cells and their application in regenerative medicine and dental tissue regeneration.
