复合树脂多层修复术和间接导板技术在前牙间隙美容修复的临床应用

摘要： 目的:探讨纳米复合树脂多层修复术结合间接导板技术在前牙间隙美容修复中的临床疗效及应用价值。方法:选取50例于2011年01月~2011年12月在我科前牙间隙患者,采用纳米光固化复合树脂多层修复术及间接导板技术充填修复,术后对患者从2012年1月开始随访,每半年1次至2014年6月,观察分析临床疗效。结果:截止2014年6月,50例患者有48例临床效果理想,2例脱落。结论:纳米复合树脂多层修复技术结合间接导板技术用于前牙间隙美容修复,临床效果理想。纳米复合树脂多层修复术结合间接导板技术修复前牙间隙美学效果良好,且成本相对低廉,操作过程不复杂,耗时短,符合微创理念,方便再次修复,值得应用推广。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of layered nano-composite resin prosthetics and indirect guide plate technology on the esthetic restoration of incisor diastema. Methods: 50 patients with incisor diastema who visited Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Lianyungang from January to December, 2011 were involved in this study. The teeth were treated with layered nano-composite resin prosthetics and indirect guide plate technology to close the diastema. The patients were semi-annually followed-up from January 2012 to June 2014. Results: By June 2014, 48 out of 50 patients had successful clinical effects and 2 patients were failed. Conclusion: Incisor diastema can be satisfied treated with layered nano-composite resin prosthetics and indirect guide plate technology.
