根盾技术结合数字化印模修复美学区单颗牙缺失1例

摘要： 报道1例上颌美学区行根盾技术即刻种植病例。术后3个月,植体与周围硬组织骨结合良好,使用Aoralscan 2口内扫描仪制取光学印模, 制作个性化基台和牙冠修复体。1年后随访见植体稳定性良好,软硬组织形态自然。

Abstract: A case of socket shield technique for immediate dental implant placement in the aesthetic zone is reported. The osseointegration was observed after 3 months. Then, digital impression was got by Aoralscan 2 intraoral scanner, and customized abutment and ceramic crown were manufactured. During the follow-up of 1 year, steady osseointegration was acquired, as well as natural hard and soft tissue contour.
