慢性肾脏病导致全身多系统疾病患者拔牙1例

摘要： 慢性肾脏病的患者通常除原发病以外还伴有其他系统的疾病,由于全身情况的复杂使得拔牙手术风险加大。本文报道慢性肾脏病导致全身多系统疾病患者拔牙1例,通过术前对既往病史的了解以及术中采用微创拔牙术式等措施顺利拔除患牙。

Abstract: Patients with chronic kidney disease usually have other systemic diseases in addition to the primary disease. Due to the complex systemic conditions, the risk of tooth extraction surgery is increased. This article reports a case of tooth extraction for patient with multisystem disease caused by chronic kidney disease. The tooth was successfully extracted through the understanding of the previous medical history before surgery and the use of minimally invasive tooth extraction during surgery.
