摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文对1例上颌中切牙即刻种植病例进行了6年的跟踪观察,该病例应用自体牙根片回植(autologous root slice replantation, ARSR)技术,成功避免了上颌前牙即刻种植后唇侧软硬组织吸收,为前牙区美学种植提供了新的解决方案。

关键词: 即刻种植, 牙槽骨保存, 盾构术, 自体牙根

Abstract: Six years follow up observation was made for a case of immediate implant treatment of a maxillary central incisor. Autologous root graft replantation technique was used in this case, which successfully avoided the absorption of labial soft and hard tissues after maxillary anterior tooth extraction, providing a new solution for dental implant restoration in the anterior esthetic area.
