BioclearTM直接修复技术在关闭前牙间隙中的应用

Application of BioclearTM Direct Repair Technique in Closing Anterior Teeth Space

摘要: 目的:探讨BioclearTM直接修复技术关闭前牙间隙的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选取34例前牙间隙患者(共73个修复体),采用3MTM公司的 BioclearTM的复合树脂注射充填技术进行前牙美学树脂修复,术后1个月、3个月、6个月及1年通过世界牙科联盟(World Dental Federation,FDI)标准评估及视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)评估修复体效果,同时检测菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)及牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD)。结果:术后1个月及6个月,修复体成功率为97.26%,存留率为100%;术后1年成功率及存留率为98.63%。所有患牙在随访的1年内均未出现术后敏感及牙髓活力症状,PLI及PD在治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05);患者VAS评分均为“非常满意”或“满意”。结论:BioclearTM直接修复技术可以微创、高效地关闭前牙间隙,修复成功率高,牙周影响小,美观效果稳定,值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and application value of BioclearTM direct repair technique in the closure of anterior teeth space. Methods: A total of 34 patients (73 restorations) with anterior teeth space were selected. The anterior teeth aesthetic resin restoration was performed by BioclearTM composite resin injection filling technology. The restoration effect was evaluated by World Dental Federation (FDI) standard evaluation and visual analogue scale (VAS ) at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after operation, and the plaque index (PLI) and periodontal probing depth (PD) were detected. Results: At 1 month and 6 months after operation, the success rate of restoration was 96.77%, and the survival rate was 100%. The success rate and survival rate at 1 year after operation were 98.21%. There was no significant difference in PLI and PD before and after treatment (P>0.05). The VAS scores of the patients were "very satisfied" or "satisfied". Conclusion: BioclearTM direct repair technology can close the anterior teeth space minimally invasively and efficiently, with high success rate of repair, small periodontal impact, and stable aesthetic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
