摘要: 种植材料表面可通过多种处理方法得到不同形态的纳米级结构,从而对细胞成骨相关的生物学行为产生重要影响。本文综述了纯钛或钛合金种植材料表面不同形态的纳米结构对细胞成骨相关生物学行为的影响,以期为种植体表面形貌的进一步改良及临床应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Different nanostructures of implant surface can be obtained by diverse methods, which have important effects on biological behaviors related to osteogenesis. In this paper, the influence of different nanostructures of titanium or titanium alloy implant surface on osteogenesis related cell behaviors is reviewed. It is aimed to provide theoretical basis for further improvement to implant surface topography and clinical application.
