直接免疫荧光Fibrin线性阳性的扁平苔藓样类天疱疮1例

摘要： 扁平苔藓样类天疱疮是一种自身免疫性表皮下疱性疾病,仅累计口腔黏膜病损的病例较为少见,病程漫长,且反复迁延。本文报道了1例直接免疫荧光纤维蛋白Fibrin线性阳性的扁平苔藓样类天疱疮的诊疗过程。

Abstract: Lichen planus pemphigoides (LPP) is an autoimmune subepidermal herpetic disease, with a long and recurrent course, which is relatively rare to only cause oral mucosal lesions. In this paper, we report the management of a case of LPP with linear positive of fibrin through direct immunofluorescence.
