侧向转位瓣联合引导性组织再生术治疗牙龈瘤伴牙槽骨吸收1例

摘要： 颊舌侧贯通的牙龈瘤一般体积较大,可伴有牙槽骨吸收,手术切除后软硬组织缺损的恢复是牙龈瘤治疗成功的难点。本文报道利用颊侧转位瓣穿邻间隙联合引导性组织再生术治疗大体积牙龈瘤伴牙槽骨吸收1例。

Abstract: Epulis penetrating buccal and lingual sides are generally large in size, which may accompany with alveolar bone resorption. The recovery of soft and hard tissue defects after surgical resection is a major challenge in the treatment of epulis. This article reported the use of buccal transposition flap through the adjacent space combined with guided tissue regeneration in the treatment of large-volume epulis with alveolar bone resorption in one case.
