舌部血管肉瘤扩大切除1例

摘要： 血管肉瘤(Angiosarcoma,AS)是一种罕见的内皮源性恶性肿瘤,其在口腔中的发病率仅占所有病例的1%,而舌部血管肉瘤更是极为罕见。本文报告1例76岁女性患者的舌部血管肉瘤病例,并结合文献复习,探讨舌部血管肉瘤的临床表现,诊断难点及治疗策略。

Abstract: Angiosarcoma (AS) is a rare malignant neoplasm of endothelial origin, with cases involving the oral cavity accounting for only 1% of all AS occurrences, and lingual AS being exceptionally rare. This article reports a case of lingual AS in a 76-year-old female patient, and through a literature review, explores the clinical manifestations, diagnostic challenges, and treatment strategies for this condition.
