下颌骨内多形性腺瘤1例

摘要： 颌骨内多形性腺瘤(intramandibular pleomorphic adenoma,IPA)是一种罕见的颌骨内唾液腺肿瘤,在临床和影像学上,此类病变类似于颌骨牙源性病变。本文报告1例发生在下颌骨内且伴有阻生牙的多形性腺瘤病例,结合文献复习,探讨颌骨内多形性腺瘤的病因、临床表现、诊断难点及治疗策略。

关键词: 多形性腺瘤, 下颌骨, 唾液腺异位

Abstract: Intramandibular pleomorphic adenoma (IPA) is a rare salivary gland tumor in the jawbone, similar to dental lesions in clinical and imaging studies. This article reports a case of pleomorphic adenoma occurring in the mandible with embedded teeth.Through literature review, the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment strategies for this condition were explored.
