CD147、MMP-9与VEGF在涎腺肿瘤组织中的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of CD147, MMP-9, and VEGF in Salivary Gland Tumors

摘要: 目的: 探讨CD147、MMP-9与VEGF在涎腺肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法: 收集2010年2月~2017年11月我院涎腺手术后送检组织石蜡标本120例,其中涎腺恶性肿瘤80例,涎腺良性肿瘤组织20例,正常涎腺组织20例,设正常涎腺组织作为对照组。采用SP免疫组织化学法检测CD147、MMP-9与VEGF在各标本中的表达情况。结果: CD147、MMP-9和VEGF的蛋白阳性表达率:涎腺恶性肿瘤组织>涎腺良性肿瘤>正常涎腺组织(P<0.05)。CD147、MMP-9和VEGF的表达分别与癌细胞转移、神经浸润及颈淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与患者年龄、病理类型及原发部位等无关(P>0.05)。涎腺恶性肿瘤中CD147、MMP-9和VEGF三者之间的表达存在显著相关性关系(P<0.001)。结论: CD147、MMP-9与VEGF三者的协同作用可能在涎腺肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移过程中起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of CD147, MMP-9, and VEGF in salivary gland tumor tissues.Methods: From February 2010 to November 2017, 120 paraffin samples were collected for examination after salivary gland surgery, including 80 cases of salivary gland malignant tumor, 20 cases of salivary gland benign tumor, and 20 cases of normal salivary gland tissue.The normal salivary gland tissue was used as a control group.The expression of CD147, MMP-9 and VEGF were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results: Protein positive expression rates for CD147, MMP-9, and VEGF: salivary gland malignant tumor tissue > salivary gland benign tumor > normal salivary gland tissue (P<0.05).The expressions of CD147, MMP-9, and VEGF were related to metastasis of cancer cells, nerve infiltration, and cervical lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not related to patient's age, pathological type, and original site (P>0.05).The expression of CD147, MMP-9, and VEGF in malignant tumor of salivary gland showed significant correlation (P<0.001).Conclusion: The synergistic of CD147, MMP-9, and VEGF may play an important role in the occurrence, development, invasion, and metastasis of salivary gland tumors.
