锥形束临床应用现状分析

Investigation and Analysis of Clinical Application of CBCT.

摘要: 目的: 通过对3台不同品牌型号CBCT临床使用情况的分析,为我国自主研发CBCT提供临床上实际需求的机器照射视野大小等技术参数资料。方法: 选取2016年4月~2017年10月于吉林大学口腔医院影像科进行CBCT检查的所有患者,检查设备主要有锐珂CS9300、柯达9500以及普兰梅卡ProMax 3D。统计不同类型CBCT的使用情况、CBCT不同视野及分辨率的使用情况、不同科室对CBCT的使用情况以及疾病诊断目的等。结果: 大视野(17×13)检查占7.5%,中视野(10×10,8×8)检查占89.4%,小视野(5×5)检查占3.1%。种植科检查占47.1%,正畸科检查占29.4%,牙体牙髓科检查占6.4%,颌面外科检查占5.5%,其他科室检查占11.6%。 结论: 本文可以为CBCT国产化提供临床上实际需求情况等参考数据,为临床医生合理使用CBCT提供参考。

Abstract: Objective : To obtain machine technique parameters for domestic production of CBCT. Methods: CBCT data in Department of Radiology of Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University between April 2016 to October 2017 were analyzed by machine field of view, department, voxel, and imaging purpose. The CBCT units include CS9300, Kodak 9500, and Planmeca ProMax 3D. Results: Large field of view (17×13) accounts for 7.5%, middle field of view (10×10, 8×8) examination accounts for 89.4%, and small field of view (5×5) accounts for 3.1%. Department of implant account for 47.1%, department of orthodontics account for 29.4%, department of endodontics account for 6.4%, department of maxillofacial surgery account for 5.5%, and other departments account for 11.6%. Conclusion: This article can provide referential data for domestic production of CBCT and for proper using CBCT by dentist.
