摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的: 通过对引起儿童牙科畏惧症(children’s dental fear,CDF)发生的可能影响因素进行问卷调查,探讨导致CDF发生的原因,以期为预防和治疗CDF提供一定帮助。方法: 随机选取2018年2月~2018年4月于重庆医科大学附属口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊的3~12岁患者110例,由患儿家长根据实际情况填写调查问卷,并采用Frankl行为分级法评估各调查对象的牙科畏惧程度,调查结果进行χ²检验。结果: 本调查中儿童牙科畏惧症的发生率为58.2%,其中高度畏惧发生率为18.2%。经卡方检验,儿童牙科畏惧症组与非畏惧症组患儿在年龄与不良牙科就诊经历2个调查因素上有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 儿童牙科畏惧症的发生与年龄和是否有不良牙科就诊经历等因素相关。

Abstract: Objective : To investigate and analyze the related factors of children’s dental fear with a view to providing some help for the prevention and treatment of children’s dental fear. Methods: One hundred and ten children aged 1-12 years old who went to Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University during February 2018 to April 2018 were randomly sampled by using clinical rating of anxiety and behavior comparative evaluation system. The data about dental fear gathered from 110 valid questionaires was analyzed with chi-square test. Results: The incidence rate of children’s dental fear in this survey was 58.2%. The result of chi-square test showed that age and bad dental experience were statistically different compared with DF and NDF. Conclusion: The occurrence of children’s dental fear is mainly related to age and bad dental experience.
