摘要/Abstract

摘要： 唾液诊断是疾病诊断的新兴领域,唾液可反映人体情绪、内分泌、营养和代谢等全身变化及健康状态,采集无侵入性、安全而廉价,在老年人群疾病诊疗中具有潜在优势。唾液具有巨大诊断潜力,有望转化为椅旁检测技术,为个性化医疗时代的到来及推动老年人群诊疗技术的提升做出重要贡献。本文针对唾液在危害老年人群口腔及全身健康的常见疾病诊疗中的应用做一综述。

Abstract: Salivary diagnostics is an emerging field in the diagnosis of diseases. Saliva reflects the physiologic state of body, including emotional, endocrinal, nutritional, and metabolic variations. The collection of samples is noninvasive, safe and inexpensive, thus it has potential advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the elderly. This article focuses on the application of saliva in oral and systemic diseases in geriatric population. It has a huge potential and will be converted into point of chair testing (POCT), making contributions for the advent of the era of personalized medicine and promote diagnostic technology of diseases for the elderly.
