摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔微生物组是人体微生物组的重要组成部分,与口腔颌面部疾病的发生发展密切相关。宏转录组学分析不仅可以识别群落中的活跃物种,还可以显示群落整体的功能特征,已成为探究微生物组与疾病状态间相互关系的重要手段之一。本文就口腔微生物宏转录组与龋病、牙周炎和口腔癌的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Oral microbiota, as a part of human microbiota, tightly impairs the development of oral diseases. Metatranscriptome is important method to explore the microbiota, since it precisely reveal the active composition and functions of a complex microbial community. In the paper, the relationship between metatranscriptome of oral microbiota and dental caries, periodontitis, and oral cancer is reviewed.
