摘要: 牙龈素是由牙周炎主要致病菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌分泌的一种特殊蛋白酶。它不仅破坏牙周组织,而且能由受损的牙龈进入血液,扩散到远端器官,直接损伤心血管组织。此外,它还通过引发机体的免疫反应,导致全身轻度炎症,间接影响心血管疾病的发生发展。本文综述了牙龈素的生物学特征,其在心血管疾病中的致病机制,以及在牙周炎与心血管疾病相互影响中的作用,旨在为全面认知牙龈素在心血管疾病的致病机制提供基础。

Abstract: Gingipain is a special protease secreted by Porphyromonas gingivalis, the main pathogen of periodontitis. It not only destroys periodontal tissues, but also enters the blood from damaged gums, spreads to distal organs, and directly damages cardiovascular tissues. In addition, it also indirectly affects the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases by inducing the body's immune response and causing mild systemic inflammation. This article reviews the biological characteristics of gingipain, its pathogenic mechanism in cardiovascular diseases, and its role in the interaction between periodontitis and cardiovascular diseases, aiming to provide a basis for a comprehensive understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of cardiovascular diseases.
