摘要： 恢复破坏的牙周组织是治疗牙周炎的难点,本文报道1例牙周引导性组织再生术(guided tissue regeneration,GTR)治疗广泛型Ⅲ期C级牙周炎伴Ⅲ度根分叉病变(furcation involvement,FI),随访两年前牙区水平骨缺损及FI部位获得良好牙周组织再生。

Abstract: Restoring the damaged periodontal tissue is key to treat periodontitis. This paper reports a case of extensive stage Ⅲ grade C periodontitis with third degree furcation involvement treated by guided tissue regeneration (GTR), and periodontal tissue regeneration was obtained after two years of follow-up.
