摘要/Abstract

摘要： 医源性下颌第三磨牙移位是一种罕见的术中并发症,移位的牙齿或牙根可能会引起异物反应和感染,导致疼痛、张口受限,以及吞咽困难等症状。本文就1例下颌第三磨牙意外移位至咽旁间隙病例进行报道,并通过文献复习,介绍如何避免第三磨牙拔除过程中牙及牙根移位,以及移位后的相应治疗措施。

关键词: 下颌第三磨牙, 拔牙术, 异物, 咽旁间隙

Abstract: Iatrogenic mandibular third molar displacement is a rare but recognized intraoperative complication, where the displaced tooth or root may cause symptoms such as foreign body reactions, infections, pain, limited mouth opening, and dysphagia. This article reports a case of accidental displacement of a mandibular third molar to the pharyngeal space. Through literature review, the paper introduces how to avoid tooth and root displacement during the extraction of the third molar, as well as the corresponding treatment measures after displacement.
