罕见的青少年颞下窝脂肪母细胞瘤1例

A Rare Case of Infratemporal Fossa Lipoblastoma in Adolescents

摘要： 脂肪母细胞瘤(lipoblastoma)主要由不成熟的脂肪母细胞构成,多见于3岁以下儿童,常发生在四肢、躯干及腹膜后,头颈部比较少见。该肿物伴有侵袭性,会侵犯周围组织器官的解剖结构,完全手术切除是治愈性治疗的首选方法,目前有学者提出次全切除效果也尚可,但其复发率难以预测,仍需严格进一步随访观察。本文报道1例11岁男性儿童颞下窝脂肪母细胞瘤,行肿物完全切除后经病理证实为脂肪母细胞瘤,发病年龄及部位比较罕见,为进一步加深临床对脂肪母细胞瘤的认识提供一定经验。

Abstract: Lipoblastoma is mainly composed of immature adipocytes and is more common in children under 3 years old. It often occurs in the limbs, trunk, and retroperitoneum, and is less common in the head and neck. The tumor is invasive and can invade key surrounding anatomical structures. Complete surgical resection is the preferred method for curative treatment. Currently, some scholars have suggested that subtotal resection is also effective, but its recurrence rate is difficult to predict and further follow-up observation is needed. This article reports a case of 11-year-old male child with infratemporal fossa lipoblastoma. After complete tumor resection, it was confirmed by pathology to be an lipoblastoma. The age and location of onset are relatively rare, providing some experience for further deepening clinical understanding of lipoblastoma.
