种植体周围炎治疗中软组织封闭的再建立

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 种植体周围炎是导致种植修复失败的主要原因,稳定健康的软组织封闭对于种植修复的远期预后极为重要。本文对种植体周围炎治疗中软组织封闭再建立的难点以及促进种植体周围炎软组织封闭再建立的主要方法进行了简要综述,以期为口腔临床医生对种植体周围炎的特点和治疗提供全面的了解。

Abstract: Peri-implantitis is the primary factor leading to the failure of implant prosthesis, and stable and healthy soft tissue sealing around dental implant is imperative for the long-term prognosis. In this review, the difficulties in the soft tissue sealing re-establishment in the treatment of peri-implantitis and the main methods to promote the re-establishment are elaborated, providing a comprehensive understanding of the property and the treatment of peri-implantitis for dental clinicians.
