摘要： 种植体周围充足健康的软组织是前牙区种植修复治疗获得良好美学效果和长期稳定性的关键之一。本文报道了1例前牙区严重软组织缺损重建的案例,通过血管化骨膜-结缔组织夹层(vascularized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue,VIP-CT)瓣,成功恢复了软组织形态与功能,为后期种植修复提供了良好的基础。

Abstract: Adequate and healthy soft tissue surrounding the implant is crucial for achieving aesthetic and long-term outcomes in anterior dental implant treatments. This article presents a case study of reconstructing severe soft tissue deficiency in the anterior dental region. Through the use of vascularized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue (VIP-CT) flap, the restoration of soft tissue aesthetics and function was successfully achieved, laying a solid foundation for subsequent implant restoration.
