CBCT辅助定位取出舌根内鱼刺异物1例

摘要： 在口腔颌面外科临床中,因“口腔异物”就诊的患者较多见。异物存留常见的部位为牙龈、舌体、口底及咽上部,但舌根内部异物较为罕见且可引起一系列并发症。本文报道舌根内鱼刺异物在锥束计算机断层扫描(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)辅助定位下手术取出病例1例。

Abstract: Oral foreign bodies are common in clinical treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery. The most common places for foreign bodies were gums, tongue, bottom of mouth, and upper pharynx. However, foreign bodies in the root of tongue are rare and may cause a series of complications. The foreign body of fishbone in tongue base removed by CBCT-assisted localization was reported in this case.
