口颌肌张力障碍伴下颌骨骨折1例

摘要： 口颌肌张力障碍(oromandibular dystonia,OMD)是一种局部肌张力障碍,可导致下颌骨不适当的偏斜、半脱位、口腔内软组织损伤和骨吸收。当这种疾病并发下颌骨骨折时,临床治疗面临极大挑战。本文报道1例OMD伴下颌骨骨折的病例,结合文献讨论此类疾病的临床诊疗特征,旨在为临床医师提供全面而实用的诊疗参考。

Abstract: Oromandibular dystonia (OMD) is a local dystonia that can lead to improper deviation, subluxation, soft tissue injury, and bone resorption of mandible. When OMD is associated with mandibular fracture, clinical treatment is facing great challenges. In this paper, we report a case of OMD associated with mandibular fracture. The clinical features of OMD are discussed with literature, so as to provide comprehensive and practical reference for clinicians
