摘要/Abstract

摘要： 多生牙尖(supernumerary cusps)畸形牙是牙齿在发育期间受到不同因素影响导致的牙体形态发育异常。本文通过临床一般检查和锥形束CT(cone beam computer tomography,CBCT)确诊右侧上颌第二磨牙颊侧罕见多生牙尖1例。通过复习相关文献,对其发生机制、鉴别诊断和对临床诊疗的影响进行分析讨论,以提高临床工作者对多生牙尖畸形牙的诊疗认识。

Abstract: Supernumerary cusps are the abnormal morphological development of teeth caused by different factors during the development of teeth. In this paper, a case of rare supernumerary cusp on the buccal side of the right maxillary second molar was diagnosed by clinical general examination and cone beam computer tomography (CBCT). By reviewing the relevant literature, the mechanism, differential diagnosis, and the influence on clinical diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and discussed, so as to improve the clinical workers ' understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of supernumerary cusp deformity teeth.
