广东地区成人上颌窦外侧骨壁厚度的CBCT分析

CBCT Analysis of Lateral Wall Thickness of Maxillary Sinus in Adults in Guangdong Region

摘要: 目的: 探讨广东地区成人上颌窦外侧骨壁与性别、年龄、牙位及牙列情况的关系,为临床种植手术风险评估提供依据。方法: 选取300例成人锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)影像,测量上颌第二前磨牙(P2)、第一磨牙(M1)和第二磨牙(M2)处上颌窦外侧骨壁厚度,并进行SPSS 25.0统计分析。结果: 上颌窦外侧骨壁厚度分别为P2:(1.72±0.75) mm、M1:(1.93±1.02) mm、M2:(1.77±1.16) mm。左右侧M1比较有显著差异(P<0.05);男性P2外侧骨壁厚度大于女性(P<0.05);不同年龄组间外侧骨壁厚度有显著差异(P<0.05);缺牙组与正常组M2比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论: 上颌窦外侧骨壁厚度与性别、年龄、牙位及牙列状态存在显著相关性,建议临床实施上颌窦相关手术前,通过三维影像学多因素评估完善术前规划,以提升手术安全性。

Abstract: Objective: To examine the relationship between the lateral wall thickness of maxillary sinus in adults from Guangdong and factors such as gender, age, tooth position, and dentition. Methods: Cone beam CT (CBCT) images from 300 adults were analyzed to measure the lateral wall thickness at the second premolar (P2), first molar (M1), and second molar (M2). Results: The mean thicknesses were (1.72±0.75) mm at P2, (1.93±1.02) mm at M1, and (1.77±1.16) mm at M2. Significant differences were observed between the left and right M1 sides (P<0.05). Male P2 walls were thicker than female’s (P<0.05), and thickness varied significantly by age group (P<0.05). Edentulous individuals had thicker M2 walls than those with normal dentition (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between lateral maxillary sinus wall thickness and gender, age, tooth position, and dentition status, and it is recommended that preoperative planning should be conducted through multifactorial assessment using three-dimensional imaging to enhance surgical safety before performing maxillary sinus lifting.
