部分脱矿自体牙本质颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白在侧壁开窗上颌窦底提升中的应用1例

Application of Partially Demineralized Autologous Dentin Matrix Combined with PRF in Lateral Window Sinus Floor Elevation: A Case Report

摘要: 报道1例采用侧壁开窗上颌窦底提升术,利用患者自体牙制成部分脱矿牙本质颗粒(partially demineralized autologous dentin matrix, PDADM)联合富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet rich fibrin, PRF),为骨量不足的上颌后牙区进行骨增量,并行同期种植。术后6、12、21个月随访显示种植体骨结合稳固,植骨区骨量稳定。组织学观察可见牙本质颗粒被新生骨包绕。

Abstract: Partially demineralized autologous dentin matrix (PDADM) combined with platelet rich fibrin (PRF) were used in lateral window sinus floor elevation and simultaneous implant placement. Follow-up observation at 6, 12, and 21 months after surgery revealed the stable implant osseointegration and significant bone volumn maintenance. New bone formation around dentin particles was found by biopsy investigation.
